MCP's unique Train and Gain programme will improve production output and reduce manufacturing cost within 6 weeks.  It will also provide your production operators and team leaders with recognised national qualifications.

Train and Gain will deliver the following improvements through a structured prgramme of learning and support:

The 10 week programme, which delivers results after 6 weeks involves:

• Manufacturing assessment - Week 1
• Implementation Plan - Week 1
• Implementation - Weeks 2 to 10
• Roll out to different production lines and areas - Week 10 onwards

A typical programme will include:

• Manufacturing Assessment
• Training in Lean, Kaizen,TPM principles for nominated champions
• Shopfloor coaching and support
• Champion projects and work place assessment
• Extension other areas of the plant by champions
• Completion of training to NVQ standard
• Accreditation of champions
